Braised Lamb Shoulder ($50 / Serves 4)
Slow cooked Lamb Shoulder with Caramelized Brussels Sprouts and Dirty Rice. The braising liquid will become a jus to eat with the Lamb.
This will be a hearty dish on the upcoming cold evenings.

Delivery available for these zip codes: 55090, 55110, 55115, 55127. $5 delivery fee. All other zip codes must pick up in Birchwood, Minnesota.
Pick-up between 4-5 p.m. Deliveries between 5-6 p.m.
