Poutine (Serves 4/$40)

Poutine is a Canadian dish consisting of French Fries, Cheese Curds, and Gravy. We did make our way to an All-You-Can-Eat Poutine night while we were on vacation and there were many different flavors. We will use Potato Wedges instead of Fries and will add Bacon. There is going to be Flour added to thicken the Gravy but it can be served on the side if needed. ​

Delivery available for these zip codes: 55090, 55110, 55115, 55127. $5 delivery fee. All other zip codes must pick up in Birchwood, Minnesota.
Pick-up between 4-5 p.m. Deliveries between 5-6 p.m.
