Grilled Corn Risotto with Tomato Marmalade ($45 / Serves 4)
This week we will celebrate summer by offering Grilled Corn Risotto. This was an item that we would put on our menus each summer. Corn will be grilled and used to thicken the Risotto as a puree and the rest will be added to it whole. The garnish will be herbed feta cheese and tomato marmalade and we have begun getting vegetables from our CSA, and we will work those items into the dish where appropriate.
This dish will be made GF. Please ask us about getting a Half Order.
Delivery available for these zip codes: 55090, 55110, 55115, 55127. $5 delivery fee. All other zip codes must pick up in Birchwood, Minnesota.
Pick-up between 4-5 p.m. Deliveries between 5-6 p.m.
